After her father's tragic loss, Meadow Walker chose to distance herself from Paul Walker's family.

After Walked filed for divorce, citing "irreconcilable differences," she reportedly also wanted to avoid paying spousal support, InTouch Weekly reports. Her reason was that she and Thornton-Allan had previously signed a prenuptial agreement. However, Thornton-Allan had requested spousal support in addition to having his legal fees paid by Walker. The case has now taken a positive turn, as the former couple appear to be seeing eye-to-eye on how to proceed.

What Did Meadow Walker And Her Ex-Husband Agree On?

According to InTouch Weekly, Meadow Walker and Louis Thornton-Allan have reached an agreement that includes "the division of their property and support." The publication obtained court documents from the filing, which stated the couple "agree that this cause may be decided as an uncontested matter."

The court documents also stated that "the parties have a written agreement that will be submitted to the court, or a stipulation for judgment that will be submitted to the court." The former couple may be in an agreement, but InTouch Weekly notes the judge has yet to sign off.

But what went wrong in the first place? Walker and Thornton-Allan married in October 2021, but in December 2023, she ended their relationship, informing fans with a statement shared via Instagram. "After three wonderful years of marriage, we have come to the agreement to amicably separate," they said at the time.

The statement continued, "This is truly a united decision, and we sincerely hope everyone can respect our wishes for privacy. We maintain mutual love and respect for one another and will continue to support each other." Despite this incredibly positive statement, things did not stay like this, as the former couple would disagree on the issue of spousal support.

The late Paul Walker may be one of the most beloved stars of his generation, but the relationship he had with Jasmine was highly suspect.

"She counts Vin and his kids as family and will talk to them on days she's struggling, and she has their backs, too," a source previously told Us Weekly. "Meadow is so proud of her dad and goes out of her way to respond to people who send letters or express their love of him and his work," the insider added. "She posts tributes to him on social media, keeps in touch with the people who were important in his life, and generally acts on the advice he gave her whilst he was still alive."

As beautiful and special as their wedding day may have been, fast-forward almost three years, and Walker's social media do not appear to include any images of Thornton-Allan.
